Dustin and I spent Christmas Eve with my family at Mamie's house. We had a yummy dinner and opened some presents before heading out to church. Dustin and I both really liked the service and the sermon, which was about the history of the song Silent Night and how it brings people together. I always love the candlelight part of Christmas Eve but it also makes me super apprehensive about my hair because alot of the products I use to keep my curls from frizzing are pretty flammable.
Here are some pictures from the afternoon/evening:
Dad kept doing a hilarious impersonation of mom on her elliptical trainer

My mom put some of the Christmas bows on my uncle's (very manly) chihuahua, Mister. Marshall, my uncle, was not all too thrilled about it:

Dad modeling his gift of work gloves. Mamie and Grandpa have gotten dad work gloves for Christmas for as long as I can remember, they're a great gift because my dad wears them out quickly since he's always using them:

Hannah Banana and Seth. Seth, who doesn't like pictures, was trying to hide his face from the camera with his phone, but he missed, mwah hah hah.

Dustin got a box from mamie that locks to keep "special things" in. This is his glaring face as he guards the box from me. He spent the next part of the evening locking my presents in his box and saying they were now his:

We had a great Christmas Eve and enjoyed the time with family!
